SUMMARY:Pawlympics - The Puppy Play Space at Iowa Leather Weekend
DESCRIPTION:The North Star Kennel Club is proud to once again co-sponsor the puppy play space at Iowa Leather Weekend. We hope you will join us along with the Chicago Puppy Patrol\, Badger-PAH\, IA-PAH\, and NE-PAH in an expanded play space for 2018! \nThere will be a Pawlympics during the final two hours of the event\, much as what happened in Des Moines last March. Here are the details: \n\n\nEvent #1\, Hedgie Hunt – This was an event as the winter games but this time there are twice as many balls in the ball pit. 2-3 players per team.\n\n\n\n\nEvent #2\, Dick Darts – Think lawn darts but with dildoes. 2-3 players per team.\n\n\n\n\nEvent #3\, Top Trick – The event Barker will give a silly trick command and one person from each team will perform it. Judged on time or quality of performance by rufferees. Each pup on the team will have a turn for this one.\n\n\n\nThe times and scores from all events are cumulative. Each participating puppy/handler group is contributing $50 to a buy-in pot. The highest scoring team will choose which charity they want to donate the pot to.\n\nCome out and cheer for NSKC members as they compete! DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wanted information about how to get involved in the many clubs and organizations our community has to offer? This free\, one day event\, will allow you to get your questions answered by representatives from many of our local leather clubs and organizations\, all in one accessible spot. \nThere will be lists of upcoming community events\, info how to access and participate in an organization that is the best match for you\, and all of the answers on what it takes to become a member of a leather club or similar organization. \nThe list of participating groups is growing\, and they will be announced as they are confirmed. Any of the invited groups will receive a table for 2-3 reps to share their group’s info with the community. We are anticipating as many as 10-15 groups will be represented.
