Because of numerous late breaking conflicts among our voting members, and the threat of severe weather tonight…
We have voted to cancel tonight’s meeting entirely (no reschedule). No other available options were open to enough voting members to allow us to have quorum, which means we could not have made any motions or taken any votes regardless.
We will reconvene at the September meeting on September 20th, 2023.
