Minneapolis has one of the most amazing drag scenes in the US – this is not an event to showcase that scene. This event is about showing us what the non-drag performers of our community can do with a little paint and a lot of courage.

Minnesota Leather Pride and The Saloon are embarrassed to present Catastrophe 2019! This event slightly resembles a drag contest, if you squint. Hosted by Slaymantha Fox.

Join us for a night of spectacle as you see people who you’d never expect in drag – in drag! Watch as they strut, stumble, and stagger all over the stage while trying to remember the words to their songs.

The winners are determined partly by their tips.

Past winners have included Michael Kramer, Heidi Jensen, Karri Plowman, Derek Harley, and Curtis Linz.
